鼓风干燥箱适用范围：
电热鼓风干燥箱是由我公司技术小组多年研究，是国内均匀性优良的干燥箱。本设备适用于各种产品或材料及电气、仪器、仪表、元器件、电子、电工及汽车、航空、通讯、塑胶、机械、化工、食品、五金工具在恒温环境条件下作干燥和各种恒温适应性试验。

鼓风干燥箱各系统配置及技术说明：

鼓风干燥箱箱体结构：
1)本设备由室体、加热系统、电气控制系统、送风系统、保护系统等组成。
2)箱体采用设备制作、业内工艺制造流程、线条流畅，美观大方。
3)工作室材质为不锈钢SUS304材质，外箱材质为优质冷轧钢板，产品外壳采用金属漆喷制，整体设计美观大方，适合实验室的颜色搭配。
4)工作室内搁架可随用户的要求任意调节高度以及搁架的数量。
5)工作室与外箱之间的保温材料为优质超细玻璃纤维保温棉，保温层厚度：＞70mm, 隔温效果好，国内，高性能的绝缘结构。从里到外有内腔、内壳、超细玻璃纤维、铝制反射铝箔片、空气夹层，内胆热量损失少。内胆外箱及门胆结构独特，极大减少了内腔热量的外传。
6)门与门框之间采用高性能密封材料及独特的橡胶密封结构，密封、耐高温性、抗老化性好。
7)箱内风道采用双循环系统，不锈钢多翼式离心风轮及循环风道组成，置于箱体背部的电加热器热量通过侧面风道向前排出，经过干燥物后再被背部的离心风轮吸入，形成合理的风道，能使热空气充分对流，使箱内温度大限度达到均匀。提高了空气流量加热的能力，大幅改善了干燥箱的温度均匀性。
8)加热器用不锈钢电加热管，升温快，寿命长。

鼓风干燥箱温度测控系统：
采用国内知名品牌“上海亚泰”温度控制器(目前市场上性价比好的仪表)，产品采用综合的电磁兼容设计和人性化的菜单设计，使得设备操作完全傻瓜化，控温效果。双屏高亮度宽视窗数字显示，示值清晰、直观。微电脑智能控制，设定温度后，仪表自行控制加热功率，并显示加热状态，控温精确而稳定。超温报警并自动切断加热电源。有定时功能，定时时间长达9999分钟。

鼓风干燥箱电器控制系统：
1)电气控制元器件均采用国内知名品牌“正泰”
2)电气线路设计新颖，合理布线，安全可靠
3)箱体顶部为电气控制柜，方便于集中检查维修

鼓风干燥箱安全保护系统：
1)超温报警
2)欠相缺相保护
3)过电流保护
4)快速熔断器
5)接地保护

鼓风干燥箱选配件(需另外收费，订购时请注意)：
1)可编程液晶控制器，可实现升温速率可调和保温时间可调，多18段可编程。
2)独立限温控制器，可实现在主控制器失灵后设备升温过高的情况下立即切断加热。
3)无纸记录仪，可实现对设备温度进行单色曲线、棒图、数字、混合、追忆、报警等显示，进行集中显示、存储、打印、管理、分析，USB接口，记录间隔：1秒---1分，存储空间:长记录可达半年以上。作为普通有纸记录仪的更新换代产品。
4)配RS-485接口，可连接计算机和记录仪，实现实时监控工作状态。
5)温度测试孔，可实现不同测试线或仪器插入设备工作室内进行各种试验，测试孔孔径有￠25、￠50、￠80可选。
6)载物托架，设备标准配置是2个载物托架，客户可以根据具体要求增配托架数量。
