干燥设备行业中，干燥箱的内胆均为不锈钢材料，但是不锈钢也分好与坏，所以不锈钢常按组织状态分为：马氏体钢、铁素体钢、奥氏体钢等。另外，可按成分分为：铬不锈钢、铬镍不锈钢和铬锰氮不锈钢等。如实验的产品有酸碱性、腐蚀性的化学产品，订购干燥箱时，需定制内胆不锈钢。

铁素体不锈钢：含铬12%～30%。其耐蚀性、韧性和可焊性随含铬量的增加而提高，耐氯化物应力腐蚀性能优于其他种类不锈钢。

钢能抵抗大气、硝酸及盐水溶液的腐蚀，并具有高温抗氧化性能好、热膨胀系数小等特点，用于硝酸及食品工厂设备，也可制作在高温下工作的零件，如燃气轮机零件等。 铁素体不锈钢因为含铬量高，耐腐蚀性能与抗氧化性能均比较好，但机械性能与工艺性能较差，多用于受力不大的耐酸结构及作抗氧化钢使用。

干燥箱的箱体结构：

1)工作室材质为不锈钢SUS304材质，外箱材质为优质冷轧钢板，产品外壳采用金属漆喷制，整体设计美观大方，适合实验室的颜色搭配。
2)本设备由室体、加热系统、电气控制系统、送风系统、保护系统等组成。
3)箱体采用设备制作、业内工艺制造流程、线条流畅，美观大方。
4)工作室内搁架可随用户的要求任意调节高度以及搁架的数量。
5)工作室与外箱之间的保温材料为优质超细玻璃纤维保温棉，保温层厚度：＞70mm, 隔温效果好，国内，高性能的绝缘结构。从里到外有内腔、内壳、超细玻璃纤维、铝制反射铝箔片、空气夹层，内胆热量损失少。内胆外箱及门胆结构独特，极大减少了内腔热量的外传。
6)箱内风道采用双循环系统，不锈钢多翼式离心风轮及循环风道组成，置于箱体背部的电加热器热量通过侧面风道向前排出，经过干燥物后再被背部的离心风轮吸入，形成合理的风道，能使热空气充分对流，使箱内温度大限度达到均匀。提高了空气流量加热的能力，大幅改善了干燥箱的温度均匀性。
7)加热器用不锈钢电加热管，升温快，寿命长。
8)门与门框之间采用高性能密封材料及独特的橡胶密封结构，密封、耐高温性、抗老化性好。
